  Please take a moment to view the powerpoint presentation on Real Property tax equity on the Assessor's page. The town will be continuing with the revaluation project for 2011. The Assessor's office will be sending out "data mailers" in July. They are simply a report of the inventory on everyone's property. Please take the time to correct the information and return the form to the assessor's office.  By continuing with the revaluation project, it is soley the assessor's goal that especially in these tough economic times that people only pay their fair share of the tax burden. If you have questions, please call the office at 315-839-5678.
